Israa University, represented by the President of the University, Prof. Abdel-Khaleq Al-Farra, signed a memorandum of understanding with "Reach Education fund" Foundation, represented by the coordinator of applications and scholarships, Ms. Amani Al-Ser, at the university’s main campus in Al-Zahra City.

The signing of the memorandum of understanding was attended by Dr. Ahmed Al-Hassaina, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Dr. Alaa Matar, Vice President for Academic Affairs, while Ms. Malak Baraka, the Administrative Assistant at Education Fund, attended on behalf of "Reach" Foundation.

Prof. Al-Farra welcomed the Foundation's delegation, stressing the importance of the role it plays in helping the graduate students through issuing their certificates, especially in light of the difficult circumstances under which that the Palestinian people are living.

The president of the university thanked Reach Education Fund Foundation and the facilitators of the agreement of issuing graduate certificates, indicating that the foundation and the university agreed on joint work to issue dozens of certificates for graduate students.

For her part, Ms. Amani Al-Ser thanked Israa University for hospitality and warm welcome, expressing the foundation's great pleasure to work jointly with the university in order to help students and graduates.
