Israa University launches Scientific Conference on e-Learning Through Corona Outbreak; Solutions for Development

Israa University (IUSG) launched today (Tuesday) its international electronic scientific conference entitled: "The Reality and Future of e-Learning in Palestinian Higher Education Institutions Within Corona Pandemic", at its headquarters Al-Zahra city, under the auspices of Dr. Mahmoud Abu Mweis, Minister of higher Education and Scientific Research, in the presence of researchers, academic and legal figures.
Dr. Adnan Al-Hajjar, Israa University President, welcomed all attendance at the 12th International Conference organized by the University, at the opening of the proceedings of the International Electronic Scientific Conference, in particular the Minister of higher Education and Scientific Research , Dr.Mahmoud Abu Mweis, all attendance from Arabic and International figures, as well as Dr. Ahmed Al-Wadiya, Chairman of the Conference and Vice-President of Israa University for Academic Affairs. He said: "Despite the many difficulties and the unjust blockade on Palestine, especially Gaza Strip, the Palestinian people are satisfied to be a model for the free will to reach the goal that will be achieved one day.
The conference is being held today, the 12th International Conference organized by the University, where it discusses a very important issue that focuses on the research into "The Reality and Future of e-Learning in Palestinian Higher Education Institutions Within Corona Pandemic". The university's vision of scientific research and the attempt to present creative insights is consistent with the university's vision of continuing the educational process and moving the higher education wheel. The Arab League is also seeking to establish a framework for the Palestinian people to develop a Palestinian state and a Palestinian state.
Minister Abu Mweis: All thanks to Israa University for this distinguished academic event
Dr. Mahmoud Abu Mweis, Minister of higher Education and Scientific Research, thanked Israa University as Chairman, members of an administrative and educational organization, yet the students of this distinguished university, which organized this great Palestinian, Arab and international academic gathering. Hence, It will allow us all to learn different experiences about the effectiveness of using e-learning in our institutions and draw lessons from that experience to be a good platform for building a modern e-learning system that simulates the rapid development of higher education systems in the region and the world.

Conference Chairman: The conference will produce a road map for developing e-Learning
Conference Chairman, Dr. Al-Wadiya, said the activities of the international electronic scientific conference already shared from Gaza Strip to the world. As the Palestinian National Authority has been established to provide a new mechanism for the future phase of the Palestinian higher education institutions, to establish a leadership in the field of science and knowledge and to keep pace with all developments at this level in a variety of contexts.
Conference Chairman, Dr. Al-Wadiya, said the activities of the international electronic scientific conference already shared from Gaza Strip to the world. As the Palestinian National Authority has been established to provide a new mechanism for the future phase of the Palestinian higher education institutions, to establish a leadership in the field of science and knowledge and to keep pace with all developments at this level in a variety of contexts.
He confirmed that this conference will be crowned with a Palestinian road map toward the future of elearning in our Palestinian national institutions that work for reinforcing the Palestinian man's steadfastness on the ground through science and knowledge.
Moreover, the conference offers about 20 scientific researches that were initially decided for the conference, and they will be permanently redeemed for publishing and issuing at Israa University Conference Journal. The Conference also offers 16 e-Learning experiences from Palestinian universities, and more than 20 from universities outside Palestine.
In the same vein, the conference will last two days (Tuesday and Wednesday), and the results and recommendations will be eventually announced.
