Two researchers from the faculty of health professions at Israa University, Dr. Ezat El Askari and Dr. Aymen ElSous, published a scientific article in the 2019 issue, the first edition of “Annals of Saudi Medicine” Journal.

The research aims at presenting the quality of life (QoL) among Palestinian elderly residents in the Gaza Strip, February - April 2018, which comprised of 201 person older than 60 years old.

The result showed that the elderly’s satisfaction in the aspect of social and family relationships is higher than that on the physical and environmental aspects. Thus, there should be an in Interventions focused more on physical and environmental aspects in the life of elderly persons.

In addition, the study revealed that more years of education and higher satisfaction with health were associated with a better perception of (QoL).

This comes from the keenness of the university academic cadres to be distinguished in the aspect of publishing scientific articles and researches in the Arab and international journals.
