The College seeks to graduate high-quality cadres in human rights by providing a distinguished academic environment in law and human rights. It in clouds qualified academics, who have practical experience in the field of human rights beside their scientific and practical excellence. The scientific research, practical education and practical training, will have a special place to provide the students with the skills and qualifications. These skills and qualifications are necessary to deal with the tasks assigned to them with best quality standards and accuracy in performance, when they join to the labor market. The college will strive to be an effective building block to serve the community, solve its problems, and develop its whole potential.

Objectives

 Develop the scientific methodology and students’ critical analysis, so that they can understanding events deeply.

 Continuing development of its academic programs, in order to maintain its excellence, distinguish its graduates and increase its competitive position.

 To become a rich reference for each student and decision maker, through its centers and research programs.

 To contribute effectively in monitoring, analyzing, interpreting and forecasting the society problems in order to find realistic and practical solutions.

 Cooperate with civil society organizations and provide free legal advice for marginalized groups in the society, especially in the field of human rights and international humanitarian law.

 Pay particular attention to the non-stereotyped student activities that aim to build the integrated personality of the students, and provide them the skills and abilities that qualify them to compete in the labor market.

 Prepare researchers to continue their higher studies and instill the spirit of continuous learning in the student.

Preparing a generation capable to communicate with the international community and work in international organizations inside and outside Palestine, by focusing on studying international law and teaching them some of English courses.

 To play an active role in serving and developing society, by providing services and solutions to its problems and address its development obstacles.
