The University is located in a strategic area that the student can easily reach from all the governorates of the strip. It has two campuses: a permanent headquarter is at Al-Zahra city in a 40 dunums wide with the most up-to-date engineering designs and equipped with all needed materials which included Undergraduate students. While, a temporary headquarter is located at Yafa Street-Gaza whcih sits on a medium size to suit Diploma students and others specializations.
